Manage importation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Handle tasks related to food and food additives, including FDA registration.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry into the Netsuite system, ensuring order processing aligns with customer delivery requirements.
Coordinate delivery schedules between customers and factories.
Organize and store financial documents, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit/Debit Notes, and payment details, and prepare them for submission to the Accounting department.
Maintain the product price master list within the Netsuite system.
Assist the Sales team by following up with customers on inquiries, orders, changes, and complaints.
Handle documentation and processing of Letters of Credit (LCs) or Documents Against Payment (D/P) with the bank.
Submit monthly sales reports on time.
Provide general administrative support.
Report to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience and Knowledge in Importation business
Experience and Knowledge of food and food additives related tasks such as FDA registration
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input orders to company Netsuite system and ensure that all orders are processed in-line with Customer's delivery requirements.
Coordinate with customer and factory for delivery schedule.
Store and sort finanical documents like Account payable, Account receiveable, Credit/ debit note and payment details into system before present to the Account dept.
Knowledge in Netsuite system
Handling all documentation and processing of LCs or D/P to Bank.
On-time submission of Sales report On the last day of the month.
Issue order documents, print official invoices, and arrange delivery to customers.
Pharmacist
Collect official receipts and keep the accounting documents properly in the branch office
Handle cash or check payments received from customers
Manage petty cash (if any)
