Sales Admin Support

As Sales Support, you'll be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing key administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing top-notch support to sales representatives. Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Manage the sales support inbox. Assisting the Sales Manager Calculate the commission payments due. Handle the volume bonus calculations. Upload rewards program points and management. Onboard partners. Manage commissions increase requests via Cognito forms. Uniform and collateral ordering including business cards. Calculate rebates. We would need you to be or have the following: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 1 year experience in a sales support or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with Salesforce. Experience with Service desk. Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew ??!
