Sales Admin Supervisor (46986) - Binan Laguna

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

- Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least 5 years of administrative supervisorial or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Philippine Customs and PEZA regulations and processes is an advantage
- Willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supervises administrative staff by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
-Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for the department.
-Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
-Deals with government agencies and prepares the necessary permits and certifications required for the operations of the Company.
-Receives, checks, and process customer orders and coordinate with Production and Warehouse in arranging deliveries.
-Monitors, maintains, and updates customers' and suppliers' database.
-Prepares Sales Invoices, Delivery Orders, Credit Notes, Debit Notes
-Issues Purchase Order and monitor shipment schedules from factories
-Updates the system into inventory control when shipments arrive.
-Liaises with freight forwarders and warehouse department on all deliveries and shipments.
-Assist in procurement of local supplies and services requirements of Warehouse and Production Dept.
-Assist in preparation of necessary documentation in compliance to ISO procedures
-Maintains documents, information, and other confidential data relevant to the operations
-Ensures neat and tidy filing of all documents at all time for easy reference
