They have been supplying electronic parts to clients primarily, from both domestic and foreign vendors.
Position: Sales Admin Staff
Company Industry: Trading Company
Work Location: Laguna City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor Degree Holder
? With 1-2 years experience in sales and admin or any related role
? With experience in sales invoice, purchase order and processing PEZA related matter
? Amendable to attend interviews
? Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Responsible in uploading to downloading all transactions like sales order from customers, purchase order to suppliers, arriving of goods and sales invoice.
?Communicating to supplier and warehouse department in taking the assigned tasks.
?Ensuring timely distribution of products to respective customers.
?Organizes and arranges quotation, client sales order, purchase order to supplier, and sales invoice files.
?Receives and responds to customer's inquiries.
