**JOB SUMMARY**

A Sales Admin has the responsibility of providing support for Sales Engineer and Field Service Engineer.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for accurate and immediate processing of all sales transactions for Sales Engineer.
- Process of Inquiry to purchasing.
- Generate cost estimate and quotation
- To make purchase request
- Generate invoice and delivery receipts
- Handles processing of PEZA/Customs documentation.
- To cover all deliveries/pick up of good to customers.
- Monitoring from Inquiries until delivery schedules.
- To provide weekly report for Bookings, outstanding and sales results.
- To update and inform Sales Engineer for any pending items, transaction and other sales related matter.
- To communicate with Service Engineer for technical information as needed.
- Close communication with purchasing, accounting and administration department.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Process sales enquiries and quotation.
- Provide weekly records and maintain sales data
- To process all Sales documentation.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Must be extremely organized, efficient and self motivated.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence.
- Ability to work autonomously with less supervision.
- Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Persistent, resourceful and creative.
- Familiar or knowledge with PEZA processing and documentation.
- Knows how to drive a car is a plus but not required (with valid driver's license)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
- PEZA Documentation: 1 year (preferred)
