Position: Sales Admin Associate (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
With 1 year in HVAC industry is an advantage
With SAP experience is an advantage
Fresh Graduates are willing to apply

Job Responsibilities:
Develop monthly sales reports; Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
They ensure orders are accurate, preserve sales records, and write and submit monthly
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Preparing pricing documentation and proposals for customers,
Other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior
