SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

Brief Description

Update customer details
Prepare quotation and job orders for in-house accounts
Issue DR, other documents and prepare items for delivery
Coordinate sales projects
Make reports and minutes of the meeting
Prepare monthly physical inventory report
Facilitate requisition
Administrative support
Maintaining records
Communicate important information
Liaising with other departments
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Salary Range: Php 16,770.00

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)

*D-10/16/24


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
