Sales Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Brief Description:
-Update customer details
-Prepare quotation and job orders for in-house accounts
-Issue DR, other documents and prepare items for delivery
-Coordinate sales projects
-Make reports and minutes of the meeting
-Prepare monthly physical inventory report
-Facilitate requisition
-Administrative support
-Maintaining records
-Communicate important information
-Liaising with other departments

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Strong organization and time management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
