Sales Admin Assistant

Brief Description
• Update customer details
• Prepare quotation and job orders for in-house accounts
• Issue DR, other documents and prepare items for delivery
• Coordinate sales projects
• Make reports and minutes of the meeting
• Prepare monthly physical inventory report
• Facilitate requisition
• Administrative support
• Maintaining records
• Communicate important information
• Liaising with other departments
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Salary Range: Php 16,770.00
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
