SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT (1 NEEDED)

 

Assignment:
ONE FOR CEBU (PAKNAAN MANDAUE CITY)

 

Main Functions:
Responsible for organizing, storing, and safekeeping of documents in the Sales Department

Responsible for the Social Media presence of the Company

Will assist in the fostering of business with Walk-in customers when the Sales Officer is away

Will

assist in Product MarketingWill assist in handling Sales Communications

Will assist in formulating and maintaining reportorial and other clerical functions

Will also assist in some clerical Admin functions

Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year course

Excellent in Graphics and Social Media Marketing

Excellent in interpersonal skills

Preferably with experience in sales

Highly organized and efficient

Can work under pressure
