Sales Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible/ accountable for the efficient and cost-effective preparation and processing of Sales Orders (SOs) based on customer orders received from sales representatives.
- Communicates with the Sales Admin Supervisor on a timely basis with regard to problems, issues, concerns & opportunities encountered.
- Prepares and processes in an efficient and timely manner the Sales Quotes upon request of sales representatives, including the counter-checking and submission to sales management for approval.
- Prepares and processes in an efficient and timely manner the Sales Orders (SOs) based on customer orders received from sales representatives; coordinates in a timely fashion with Credit & Collection for customer credit checks and credit approval of SOs.
**Qualifications**:

- College degree from a reputable university, preferably in Commerce, any Social Science or Business course.
- Preferably with relevant and/or related experience in a sales & marketing department or organization.
- Flexible in work hours; willing to render overtime when necessary.
- Self-driven and results-oriented; can work under tight time pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Preferably with knowledge in using Accounting ERP Softwares.
- Willing to work at Canumay East, Valenzuela.
