Sales Admin Assistant

Responsible for the daily support of Sales transactionsAssists the Sales ManagerClose coordination with the Dealers Merchandising GroupMonitor the itinerary of Area Account Managers and Sales Coordinators every monthOrganize Sales meetings and coordinate with Sales teamGather sales reports and concerns from the sales team and present them to the Sales ManagerTracks the sales every month per areaUpdate sales database of dealersCoordinate with the different Department with regards to sales operationsEnsures that the sales team are in contact with the Head OfficeOrganize all sales filesTaking phone calls from customers and assists walk –in customersMay be assigned or transferred to any department or section of the company without additional compensation, as the need arises at the discretion of the Management.
