Sales Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

- Back Office support for the Sales & Technical Team.
- Monitoring Makati team budget and processing of team reimbursement.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Develop and maintain a centralized filing system, assisting and coordinating with the sales & technical team for the required documentation by clients.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Gathering and processing research data from the Sales &Technical Team.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Office maintenance (cleanliness, acquisition of office supplies as may require, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries and complains.
- Maintain all (call, email) log inquiries.
- Organize travel arrangements for the sales and technical team.
