Sales Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

- Back Office support for the Sales & Technical Team.- Monitoring Makati team budget and processing of team reimbursement.- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.- Develop and maintain a centralized filing system, assisting and coordinating with the sales & technical team for the required documentation by clients.- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; - Gathering and processing research data from the Sales &Technical Team.- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.- Assisting with inventory control.- Office maintenance (cleanliness, acquisition of office supplies as may require, etc.)- Handle customer inquiries and complains.- Maintain all (call, email) log inquiries.- Organize travel arrangements for the sales and technical team.
