RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with existing and new customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business.
You will reach out to potential customers, identify their needs and offer solutions that best suit their requirements.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our solutions effectively.
Develop account plans and strategies to drive new sales and revenue growth.
Proactively address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure client expectations are met.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field
At least 1-year experience in sales or business development and account management
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in sales related in telecom is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Ability to present proposal up to Executive Level
Able to work with minimum supervision
Result-oriented, organized, and keen on details
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
