Job description
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a direct link or as a primary point of contact between a company and its clients
- Prospect and attract new clients on field with intention to saturate most areas in Davao City even nationwide and possible walk-in clients
- Assist and introduce products to clients such as specifications, design, lay-out, pricing, computation, quotations and services included
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing continuous support and after sale services
- Retain customer loyalty, and create and sustain long-term customer relationship for repeat orders
- Relay customer needs, questions, requests, concerns and requirements to respective individuals or department
- Execute plans and develop strategies to meet and exceed established quota
- Maintain clients account, records such as order history, paying and credit records and forecasting reports
- Regularly attend meetings, training sessions, conferences, trade shows and market competitors activities
- Ensure availability of sales paraphernalia such as brochures, business cards, posters, etc.
for clients' reference and recommendation
- Create relationship with the major developers in Visayas
- Forward sales report and all documents necessary for the function
- Monitor, maintain and update showroom displays and samples for clients
- Concentrate on project sales focusing on big projects such as condominiums, hospitals, housing, malls, etc.
- Perform other related task and duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with background in business administration major in management, finance and communication arts
- Highly skilled and at least 1-3 years' experience in sales for the same industry
- With proficient knowledge in business skills, strategic and financial management
- With effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, projects and proposals
- With skills in driving vehicles and aware with most of the developing locations
- Demonstrate personal attributes to confidentiality, standard of conduct, respect, flexibility, sensitivity and other related work ethic
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
