Sales Account Executive

Generates new sets of leads or prospects through various lead generation techniques such as, but not limited to, referrals, cold calls, etc.Identify client needs through effective needs assessment and technical presentationDraws up a proposal that describes the technical specifications of the software solution needed by the clientsNegotiates on price and other terms of referencePrepares and follows up sales contracts for each confirmed saleCoordinates with Product Development Team to ensure that client requirements are effectively built in the software solution providedPerforms after-sale calls or visits with clients to monitor level of client satisfaction and to promptly address potential or actual concernsSpots opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.Probes on the goals, issues and challenges of the client to determine how the Company can help in meeting the Client's goalExplains how the Company's products or services can enable the client's successEducates clients on the product development process to manage expectationsRecommends alternatives either to satisfy difficult demands of clients or to help client become more competitiveIdentifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends new procedures or processes to enhance productivityConsistently strives to increase standards of sales performanceCollaborates with co-employees to ensure alignment of efforts towards a common goalShares and accepts feedback and ideas with co-employees and/or superiorMaintains and protects confidentiality of both clients' and the Company's sensitive informationAdmits mistakes, learns from them and avoids recurrence of the same mistakeObserves high moral and ethical standards in doing business with partners and suppliers
