**Job Overview**
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible in overseeing activities that attract client patronage
and maximum profit for hotels.
He/She will be responsible in selling of hotel services to customers to
generate revenue for the management.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Corporate / Government and Travel Agent Room and Banquet Sales for the hotel
- Clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans
to meet those goals
- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
- Represent hotels in various events and exhibitions
- Implements all sales action plans related to market areas so outlined in the sales & marketing plan
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotel by corporate clients
- Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to all departments, develop
professional long term business relationship
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked like generating proposal,
Corporate Rate Application Letter, preparing contract, customer correspondence
- Able to support hotel service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service
excellence throughout each customer experience
- Attend all department and hotel's meetings as necessary
- Targeting key accounts potential for the company
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
(Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, B2Bs, etc.)
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sale
opportunities
- Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposal letters for clients
- Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients
- Other duties assigned by Director of Sales/Sales Manager or the Management.
**Qualifications**-Graduate of any relevant course-With 2-3 years of solid experience in the same field and industry-With strong connection with local corporate and government accounts-With driver's license is preferred but not required-Willing to be assigned and travel to different The Oriental Hotels branches
**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
