Tasks & Responsibilities: Review architectural drawings and documents for residential houses in Victoria, Queensland, and South AustraliaDevelop checklists for ensuring compliance with building codes and restrictions for residential propertiesUse AutoCAD software to plot, adjust, and verify siting and house reduction for compliance purposes
Communicate with consultants via email or non-voice methods regarding Sales Acceptance tasks

Qualifications & Experience: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.Experienced administrative professional with 1 year background in construction and real state.Excellent communication and analytical skillsStrong collaborative abilities in team environmentsBasic proficiency in AutoCAD (experience preferred but not required)Experience in reviewing complete architectural working drawingsDetail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracyPleasant demeanor and open to training in Australian StandardsAs this is an office based set up, the candidates should be willing to commute or relocate near the office.
