Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify client needs and tailor advertising solutions to meet those needs effectively.
4. Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to develop compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
6. Budget Management:
- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor sales expenses and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain up-to-date client records.
Minimum Qualification Standards
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in advertising sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
