Summary: As a SailPoint Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. Your role will involve integrating SailPoint with various systems, applications, and data sources, leveraging your Java development expertise to ensure seamless and secure identity and access management processes.
Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (or other similar Identity Governance) solutions to support identity and access management requirements.Integrate SailPoint with various systems, applications, and data sources to ensure smooth and secure identity and access processes.Develop and maintain custom SailPoint connectors and integrations using Java and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business needs.Monitor and analyze identity and access logs, user activity, and security events to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow issues and integrations.Provide training and support to end users on SailPoint tools and best practices for managing their access rights and credentials.
Professional & Technical Skills as a SailPoint Engineer:
Minimum of 3 years of development experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Base understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies.Experience in integration with various systems, applications, and data sources.Familiarity with IAM security frameworks and industry best practices.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
