Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Oversees all safety activities of the store.
Performs strict compliance to the following checklist;
-Daily Fire and Life Safety Checklist
-Daily Store ERT Inspection Checklist
-Monthly Fire Safety Checklist for Food Merchants Checklist
-Quarterly Fire Safety Checklist for Non-Food Tenants Checklist
Using the Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) form, classify observed risks as to what extent (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3). Level 1 is the most critical risks which needs immediate resolution.
Discuss with the OIC of the concerned department the findings observed and require Action Taken as soon as possible.
Submits daily report to Corporate Safety Officer of Level 1 findings and furnish copy to Store Manager, Store Area Manager and Regional Manager.
Makes Monthly Report to be submitted to Corporate Safety Officer, Regional Manager – Luzon & Cebu/Visayas Store Operations and GLP Head.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
