Knowledgeable in the use of computer and applications such as MS Office, etc.SUMMARY OF JOB: The main duty of a Safety Officer is to ensure that all personnel of the company abides by the safety regulations implemented in-house and on-site service areas DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Below are some, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of a Safety Officer 1. Inspects interior and exterior work areas to determine if there are any safety hazards 2. Ensures that all workers wear complete personal protective equipment and follows the company's policies on safety 3. Conducts investigation during occurrence of accidents to identify cause of event 4. Maintains awareness of active and developing situations 5. Ensures the site safety and health plan is prepared and implemented 6. Acquires work materials 7. Ensures continuity using in/out briefings 8. Ensures that the requirement of workers is always updated 9. Conducts toolbox meeting regularly 10. Processes permits and other documents needed for servicing projects 11. Requests PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) needed for employees 12. Coordinates and Attends client's monthly meeting regarding safety and company rules implemented for the project 13. Provides basic first-aid techniques for the company 14. Assist in promoting company's services to prospects and potential clients
