**I.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1.
Issue regular reports showing safety performance and accident trends.
2. Review procedure for compliance with applicable laws and safety codes.
3.
Attend the EHS committee meeting of the project.
4.
Secure and renew necessary work permits needed for the project.
5.
Monitor safety standards and audit activities and facilities.
6.
Provide barricade and safety signage to all needed construction area.
7.
Ensure that the company has, at all times, the capability and resources to operate safely.
8.
Monitors proper housekeeping in the project.
9.
Conducts safety orientation to newly hired employees.
10.
Conducts toolbox meeting depending on the frequency needed in the project site.
11.
Conducts monthly inspection of the fire
- fighting equipment, power tools, and other equipment.
12.
Requires all employees to wear personal protective equipment while inside PPE areas of the project.
13.
Reports all unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and provides counseling for safe procedures and requirements.
14.
Assist in the investigation and report on all serious/critical accident/incident that occurred in the construction site.
15.
Conducts regular safety inspection on the job site to ensure that the construction personnel are complying with the established safety policy and regulations.
16.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date record of all MSDS.
17.
Ensures faithful compliance with the Safety Officer's Manual, and make sure all records and reports required therein are complete, comprehensive, and accurate.
**II.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduate of any 4 year college or vocational course
- Holder of COSH certificate
- With First Aid license is advantage
- With minimum 2 years relevant work experience in the same capacity
- With good communication skills both written and oral.
- Computer literate
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
