-Conduct daily toolbox meeting
Permitting system ( general work permit , Job hazard analysis , Risk assessment ,
working at heights permit , hot work permit
- conduct safety orientation to workers
-dedicated to work
- willing to stay in ( if project required)
-assess the workplace before proceed to work
-proceed stop work if the work is unsafe
- Willing to work under pressure
