Safety Aide - Katipunan Quezon City

Safety Aide will be working under the direct supervision of Safety Health & Environment (SHE) department, providing administrative assistance to Safety Officers. It includes:

1. Assist SHE Officer in his/her absence on overall work enforcement in terms of Safety, Health,
Environmental and security aspects of the company.
2. Responsible for encoding SHE monitoring and reports.
3. Assists in the investigation to determine the cause and prevent recurrence of the same.
4. Responsible for conducting toolbox meetings regards to project site as required.
5. Conducts safety audit/inspection on company premises, vehicles, personal protective equipment,
fire extinguishers, emergency alarms, and other firefighting equipment of the company.
6. Provide Job Safety Observations and report/s as inspected/audited on-site.
7. Assists in SHE Orientation, Defensive Driving Seminar, and other SHE seminars/orientations as
required.
8. Assists on SHE Committee meetings, and prepares minutes of the meeting.

Job Qualification:
- Graduate of bachelor degree or any engineering courses
- Preferably with Basic OSH or COSH training
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Amendable to work in Katipunan Quezon City
