This person will be in charge of maintaining and developing our main tech product offering.Managing our Dev Team and coordinating with our accounts manager for product feedback and improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users and partners.- Work with design and tech teams to ideate and build products that solve our partners' pain points- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the goals and growth of the product/business line will be met- Develop and test user needs, interaction flows, prototypes and experiences and communicates post-launch**Salary**: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 5 years (required)- Tech/Dev: 2 years (preferred)- Product Development: 2 years (preferred)
