**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Must have 5 years' experience in Record to Report or General Accounting processes
- Ability identify solution for complex issues and accounting problems
- Had worked in a shared services or labor-intensive business structure
- Exposed in different ERPs or SAP
- Good to have experience in Experience in Process improvement, or project management or change management & Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Temporarily Work from Home until further notice
- Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong
- Work Schedule: 9am-6pm
- Regularly review and challenge any step outs in the current process design to identify best practices and process improvements
- Collaborate with different processes such as AWS, ISA, Compliance, Payroll Operations, Total Rewards, etc.

run change and improvement initiatives and ensure timely delivery through robust project management system or implementation plan and through adherence of the group escalation matrix.
Act as Point of Contact (POC) for Finance-related process improvements and innovation initiatives impacting RTR.
Assist during audit by attending to audit requests/ requirements.
- Ensure the existing and support the enforcement of Data Privacy Laws and regulation at corporate level for payroll or employee information.
- Additional operational responsibility for Service Delivery, when applicable or assigned
**Stakeholder Management and Business Relationship** - Understands the business and Finance agenda and translates that into Finance actions/priorities
- Point of contact and trouble-shooter for escalations, issues, and concerns related to RTR activities
- Handles escalations, issues and concerns related to change and improvement initiatives of RTR from different stakeholders
- Develop and maintain working relationships with entity, workgroup and geographical contacts - Participate in monthly service management review with key stakeholders
- Assist in facilitation of requests for services that are beyond the standard services
- Responsible for managing SLAs and relationships with other groups
**People Development**- Assist in building strong succession plan for self, and BCP for team
- Assists team members with their assigned work - Demonstrate effective teaming skills both within and outside of the team
- Encourage team members to share knowledge and to leverage proven best practice
- Participate in people development activities outside of the team (e.g.
community activities, recruiting, and teaching)
