QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any related field
• Must have a minimum two (2) to three (3) years of proven working experience as Regional Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor preferably from FMCG or any related sales and marketing field
• Must be 26 to 40 years old, Single or Married, Male or Female
• Must be computer literate, analytical, communication and people management skills
• Must be an expert in negotiation and building business relationships
• Must be results-driven, have good sales planning skills, and an xcellent attention to details
• Must have good ability to read and analyze sales reports and market analysis
• Must be amenable to work in Cebu, or in other places in Visayas Region
