Job Description
Main responsibility is to ensure that the production system is healthy and running smoothly, so businesses can perform their usual day to day activities without any problem.If any issue arises in production, expect to investigate and provide resolution.If permanent fix is not immediately possible, at least provide a workaround/temporary solution to allow the business-as-usual activities .As production support, resource is not involved in any project dev/implementations.
