Rpa Developer (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to enhance automation capabilities by developing new solutions and ensuring the stability of existing ones. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of business-critical applications and contributing to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and processes. You will be a key member of the automation team, helping to shape the future of automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Ensure stable operations of automated solutions.
Daily Support: Oversee daily operations, including monitoring and incident handling, to maintain seamless functionality.
Troubleshooting: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to troubleshoot and analyze operational issues.
Framework Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of automation frameworks and processes.
Solution Design: Design and visualize automation solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring process mapping is part of the solution design.
Automation Development: Design, code, and test automation workflows using Power Automate.
Testing and Deployment: Oversee the testing cycle and provide solution design as part of the deployment process.
Code Review: Conduct solution and code reviews of RPA candidates developed by colleagues.
Team Collaboration: Assist in the development and growth of the automation team.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automation Developer, with hands-on experience in Power Automate.
Operational Skills: Strong understanding of what is required to ensure stable operation of software robots.
Process Mapping: Ability to interpret and visualize business process flows and translate them into automation solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:

Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as SQL, C#, VBA, VB, or .NET.
Certifications: Power Automate certification and/or Power Automate RPA Developer Associate Certificate (PL-400).
UiPath Experience: Familiarity with UiPath is an added advantage.
