Roving Technician

We need ROVING TECHNICIAN for Food Manufacturing in Paranaque

Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro mechanics.Technical or vocational training in mechanical and electrical systems, ideally with a focus on food production equipment. Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, particularly in the food industry or a related manufacturing environment.Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining food processing equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and refrigeration units.Experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs in multiple locations or stores is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical systems (e.g., wiring, motors, control panels) and mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, bearings).Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automation systems used in food production.Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for electrical and mechanical systems. Soft Skills: Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve equipment failures.Time management and the ability to prioritize urgent repairs and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple store locations.Strong communication skills to liaise with store management and external service providers.Preferably with motorcycle.
