Is currently looking for:
ROVING SUPERVISOR

 

Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing store operations staff.

- Conduct daily store audit visits and perform daily inspection from time to time.

- Report daily sales and conduct physical inventory.

- Keeping records of expenditure and employee performance.

- Evaluating customer/staff needs.

- Implementing measures to avoid mishandled customer.

- Monitoring general appearance of the personnel.

- Address concerns on inventory, sales, display, concerns and schedules of service crews.

- Send relevant

updates to superiors.- Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:
- Must possess a degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

- With at least 1-2 years work experience in a supervisory role.

- Willing to work at Five Star Chicken branches in Lapu-Lapu, Cordova and Mandaue.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Results oriented and proactive.

- Willing to start ASAP.

- Must have a valid Drivers License with restriction code 123.
