Roving Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducting regular building maintenance, such as repairing structural damage to the windows, doors or walls.
- Fixing leaky or damaged plumbing to prevent water damage and enable complete usage of water fixtures repairing damaged electrical wiring in the event of a shortage or broken wire.
- Keeping the building's HVAC system maintained to ensure that the facility's climate control system is operating as intended.
- Implementing preventative maintenance on the structure to lower the likelihood of future issues, such sealing a flat roof.
- Addressing possible risks to safety to prevent harm.
- Painting the structure after the previous coat has faded or chipped.
