Robotic Process Automation (Rpa) Solutions Architect

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RPA design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Professional experience in AI (artificial intelligence), machine learning, or data science.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of process automation, systems integration, and business process improvement.
• Solid programming skills in C#, Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, databases, and APIs.
• Proven ability to design scalable RPA solutions with a focus on performance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading RPA development teams or managing automation projects.
