Rnd Specialist

To carry on new product development, process and profit improvement projects.
Lead a team of R&D Junior Specialists and provide necessary technical support to team members, customers, and operations.
Actively participate in technical programs and management of personnel.
Prepare/review product prototypes compliant with regulatory agencies.
Prepare/review product costing analysis to ensure that products are within the target cost.
Develop and carry out standard procedures in the conduct of product quality and product acceptability tests.
Test and select ingredients and packaging materials for specific projects.
Establish and document product and process specifications.
Conduct literature searches or access international databases related to assigned projects.
