**Responsibilities**:
- Nurse Trainer is primarily being responsible for centralized orientation, continuing education, professional development, and mandatory training of the healthcare providers to enhance specialized patient care within an established healthcare setting.
- Evaluates the learning and training needs of the nurses for deployment by using appropriate tools that identify gaps from the current practice to recognized standards.
- Facilitates the actual administration of LNA/TNA.
- Evaluates LNA/TNA and recommends a priority training program.
- Creates and enhance modules for the training of nurses.
- Implements training activities such as facilitating training sessions, administers pre-test and post-test.
- Plan, training activities of the nursing department, including the venue selection, budget, identifying and inviting resource speakers.
Implement professional and personal growth, development based on the program appropriate for the course and participant's position.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training activities by written examination, skills-based examination and attitude scale.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards within area of nursing expertise.
- Ability to provide operational guidance and leadership to technical staff in area of specialty.
- Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements.
- Ability to assess educational needs and design and develop responsible curricula.
- Working knowledge of the use of established care models in the development of education programs.
- Technical leadership skills within area of expertise.
- Advanced nursing skills in area of specialty.
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate training programs.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present effectively to small and large groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of hospital experience in Medical Surgical Nursing.
- With good communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably with teaching/training skills.
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
