Salary Package: 67,383.00 = 60,000 Basic Pay + 7,383 Allowance

Duties & Responsibilities
Address front line claims issues with customers and suppliers.Liaise externally with relevant company stakeholders, to; reduce financial exposures and maintain an efficient claims handling process.Provide reporting and feedback to all stakeholders on cargo loss and damage exposure.Maintain consistent financial data on all FF &TP claims factors and provide guidance on appropriate P&L reserves.Adhere to all Australia Risk Management on Cargo Loss and Damage.Effectively manage the requirements of "Claims" through building strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.Consciously maintain a customer focus mindset all throughout "Claims" activities.Actively contribute to continuous improvement of Legal Department which focuses on the efficiency of addressing Claims in a manner aligned with the SOP.Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.Contributes improvement ideas.Participate actively on all required team meetingsPerforms other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
Job Requirements
Previous experience in 3PL customer relationshipPrevious experience in Claims and or Supply Chain/ Freight Forwarding industry.Advanced computer literacyAn ability to undertake contentious dialogue with customers and suppliers whilst maintaining a customer focused outlook.Strong commercial acumen (an ability to weight risk and reward).Effective written communication skills.Efficient & effective data management skills.Good Interpersonal skills.An ability to work and manage issues independently.Eager to learn and develop.
