Salary: 28,000 - 30,000
• Mainly responsible to develop, design and implement risk management programs that identify, assess and mitigate fraud risk and operational risk.
The department is expected to uphold and protect the organization's assets, reputation and stakeholders against potential financial losses due to fraudulent activities
• The Risk Control Junior Officer shall be working with the Risk Control Manager to complete all risk control department's roles and responsibilities

Develop and implement risk management policies and proceduresBuild and maintain a strong risk culture through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the teams are equipped and empowered to manage risk effectivelyMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's risk management programMonitor and update the changes in the risk management profile of the companyEnsure continuing risk mitigation measures are in placeCarry out fraud detection proceduresFacilitate development and implementation of business continuity planPerform risk assessment procedures to ensure that all policies and processes of the company align with regulatory requirementsOversee all aspects of the Company's second line of defense risk management functions and ensure effective implementation of the enterprise risk management framework QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentMinimum of 2 to 3 years of fraud and risk management, internal control, audit and/or compliance, preferably with a financial institutionMust be familiar with auditing standards, accounting principles, internal control systems, audit application and report writingMust be familiar with the SEC regulations pertaining to financing company risk management and regulatory reportingPassionate to investigate and detect fraudulent activities.
