\n What you'll doAssist in the development and updating of risk management policies and proceduresSupport the team in conducting risk assessments to identify potential organizational and operational risks including business continuity, financial risk and 3rd party risksUtilize the company's existing risk framework and tools to identify and analyze risk across the organizationDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified risksFoster a risk-aware culture within the organization through effective communication and training initiativesParticipate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify risk factorsSupport the Risk Team in creating and presenting risk reports and other risk -related deliverables What we expect from youBA/BS degree in Risk Management, Finance or Business Administration required0-1 year experience in risk management, governance, compliance and/ or resilience experience, preferably with a financial institution with regional operationsWillingness and ability to accept responsibility and seek/provide guidance to department team membersWorking knowledge of MS Office/ Google WorkspaceExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsStrong initiative with exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
