Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Has at least a year recruitment process (end-to-end)
- Has at least year sourcing experience
- Excellent communications and Interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sourcing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel, and outlook.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Sound time-management and organizational skills.
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
