Qualifications:

Holder of any Bachelor's Degree
With at least 3 years of working experience in the field
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Willing to be assigned in Kalayaan, Laguna

A Right of Way Officer is responsible for managing the acquisition of necessary property rights for infrastructure projects, such as roads, pipelines, utilities, or railways by collaborating with various stakeholders, including property owners, government agencies, and internal project teams, to facilitate the acquisition process and ensure successful project development.

Negotiate with property owners to secure rights of way for infrastructure projects.
Conduct thorough research on property titles and ownership.
Develop and implement right of way acquisition plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the acquisition process.
Maintain accurate records of all right of way transactions.
