Identify the road right of way of the project.  To define the road right of way traversing the affected lots, structure/improvements and trees of project. Research the available documents of each right of way affected. To locate/identify the owner and negotiate the acquisition of properties.  Facilitate land surveys such as subdivision, consolidation and its transfer of ownership. Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Detailed Engineering Design and project implementation. Researches, reviews, analyzes, and maintains property records and right-of-way. Works closely with Legal Department and other management in furtherance of negotiating ROWs or other agreements necessary to accommodate the construction, operation. Works closely with Operations, Damage Prevention, and Engineering. Coordinates damage claims and settlements associated with construction, operation. Assist in preparation of cost estimates associated with ROW or other agreement acquisition. Assists with preparation and securing of all regulatory permits necessary for construction, operation. Manages, coordinates, and recommends resolution of encroachments, landowner complaints and inquiries, and access disputes. Serves as land management contact for acquiring property, securing agreements, and negotiating settlements. Qualifications
Licensed Geodetic Engineer and 5 years in practice. Knowledgeable of land rights, titles, legal descriptions, legal and engineering terminology. Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
