Rider/Delivery

Delivery Riders are primarily responsible for delivering packages, documents, and food items to customer locations, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule, while providing exceptional customer service.
Their daily duties and responsibilities include:

Pick up orders or packages from the designated locations
Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
Maintain ongoing communication with the dispatch team
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
Follow traffic laws and road regulations
Inspect delivery vehicle and ensure the safety of the packages
Use navigation applications to determine the best route
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customers' questions and handling complaints about deliveries
