Reward Operations Specialist - Fixed Weekends Off

Urgent in need of a Rewards Operations Specialist for our Davao site!

Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processes
Management of inventory
Management of databases used by the operations team and the customer service team
Documentation and tracking of all current and past promotions
Documentation and tracking of all procurements, disbursements and expenses for accounting purposes
Support the Customer Service team with any relevant investigations or escalations as needed
Support team KPIs
Assist in the preparation of reports to internal teams as required
Assist with any other ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Track and report the progress of activities against deadlines

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in business administration or operations-related fields
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Database management knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational skills
Good verbal and communication skills
Excellent team working skills and flexibility in their approach to work
Effective problem-solving skills including decision-making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
