We are seeking a skilled REVIT Modeler. The successful candidate will have the ability to learn technical mechanics, particularly troubleshooting design errors, and will be proficient in REVIT software. Preferred qualifications include experience in MEP, construction, pipework, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain REVIT models for various projects.
-Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate representation of project requirements.
-Learn and apply technical mechanics to identify and resolve design errors efficiently.
-Contribute to the coordination of MEP systems within building projects.
-Utilize construction and pipe work experience to enhance project designs.
-Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in REVIT software.
-Preferred experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
-Background in construction and pipe work.
-Prior experience in commercial projects.
-Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

The Ideal Candidate
-The perfect candidate for this role would possess the following additional qualifications:
-Strong background in plumbing.
-Experience as a BIM modeler or coordinator for a construction company.
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-Experience in estimating and providing blueprint quotes.
