The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing revenue generation processes within the company. Core Responsibilities:
Maintain the Asana Board and ensure dates are met on all stories. Maintain the Sales Operations Jira Board and ensure correct status. Maintain the Confluence Space. Ensure clean CRM data and monitor areas to clean with the sales team. Handle bug reports and feature requests for continuous software improvements. Own sales metrics and forecasting dashboards. Maintain Packaging/Pricing in confluence and Product Catalog in internal CRM. Assist others in the revenue operations group and across the organization as needed. Provide tailored solutions and support to the sales team. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Drive revenue growth through strategic operational initiatives. Qualifications:
2+ years administrative experience 2+ years vendor or partner management Sales Operations background CRM Software usage Familiarity with software and technology concepts and terminology English Speaking & Writing Professional Skills & Experience:
