He/She is at the forefront of the department's digital journey, delivering analytics and automation requirements, leading projects on system migration and updates and leading change management on people and processes during transition periods in the organization. He/She will become the super users of the department's systems/tools by acting as the first-level support by investigating issues reported by the analysts and coordinate with the vendors for the resolution and conducting refresher trainings on the theoretical and practical aspects of revenue management processes and systems.
Who Are We Looking For College or University Graduate (Preferably Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical/quantitative field) Exposure and experience in airline transportation, hotel or supply chain inventory / yield management or pricing is preferred Must have working knowledge of data analytics/ business intelligence Must have experience or skill in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI or other data visualization tools Highly analytical, data-driven, systematic thinker, and problem-solver Able to work independently and fast learner Ability to synthesize and communicate insights with different levels in the organization Prior experience in project management and business analysis is a plus
