Revenue Assurance Specialist (W/ Experience In Graveyard Shift)

What You Will Do:

Review and Validation: Thoroughly examine and approve carrier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Validate new accounts and review related orders to prevent any discrepancies.
Claims and Disputes: Handle disputes with carriers promptly and effectively, ensuring that any financial discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
Inventory Management: Manage service numbers, conduct audits, and ensure accurate billing through meticulous inventory management.
Bill Run Deliverables: Prepare and forward charges, non-recurring charges, and pass-throughs for inclusion in monthly customer bills.
Administrative Tasks: Drive revenue-affecting processes, maintain carrier account lists, track disputes, and ensure compliance with SLAs.


What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal professional English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with billing OSS and Intacct preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to work night shifts.
