Revenue Accountant

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Assisting with new US GAAP adoption projects, including but not limited to ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 340 deferred costs;
-Reviewing transaction data, analyzing, allocating and calculating revenue for multi-element sales contracts for accurate and timely revenue recognition; Assisting with service projects standalone selling price revenue recognition, service tracking and service projects profit/loss analysis for North America Territory;
-Assisting with revenue and AR reporting analysis;
-Reviewing urgent CRM opportunities, processing urgent sales orders, and issuing invoices through various channels;
-Issuing customer account statements, as needed;
-Preparing vendor forms in North America Territory;
-Other ad hoc revenue related tasks;

What you will bring to our team:

-Bachelor's degree in accounting or a commensurate level of relevant accounting experience.
-CPA is required (ACCA is a plus).
-At least 3 years of work experience in managing revenue recognition and/or service project accounting (IFRS 15/ASC 606)
-Understand US GAAP
-Must have worked with international companies/multinational teams
-A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-High attention to details.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
-NetSuite/ERP experience is a plus.
-Experience with the software industry is a plus.
